Our store and warehouses will continue to remain open for installation and delivery during our normal business hours.

We're asking at this time that customers pay with only debit or credit as we are no longer accepting cash.

In addition, we ask that you please refrain from returning any merchandise until further notice.

Our waiting area and washrooms have been closed temporarily and we are asking that customers check in with our CSR's but wait in their vehicles until they are brought in for service. This is in a effort to avoid having large groups of customers in our showroom all at once.

If you notice our staff are all wearing gloves and masks at this time; barriers have also been set up in between customers and CSR's. Though it might look unusual it is still the same friendly customer oriented staff here to help you with your tire and wheel related needs. We are doing this in an effort to protect both our customers and our staff in order to stay open to service your needs during this difficult time.

Our family at Factory Tire recognizes that this is a scary time for us all and are doing all that we can to ensure our staff have guaranteed income even during this time of uncertainty while making sure to provide a safe environment for both customers and employees alike.
